I co-founded Esoteria in Baja California. We build intelligence infrastructure for mission-driven organizations — the structural layer that converts fragmented data into governed, repeatable decision logic. The work grew from years of practice in a region where the gap between organizational ambition and organizational capacity is immediate and visible.
The HDK is a personal framework I built over years of practice and made public because the methodology is worth sharing. It's a practitioner's field manual — not a self-help book. The same rigor you'd bring to building anything that matters, applied to how you actually operate.
What I'm working on
Consulting engagements with individuals and organizations ready to examine how they actually work — the process design, the decision logic, the execution gaps that compound quietly. Personal engagements with people who've outgrown the frameworks they've tried and want to work with someone on their specific situation. Both start with a conversation.
